🟥 The problem
Original game discontinued due to an outdated engine, requiring a full rebuild while preserving story content of all adventures.
🟨 What I did
Mapped the entire legacy game: asset inventory, feature parity, what could be reused vs rebuilt, and a production plan aligned to existing platform tools.
🟩 Impact
Enabled a faster rebuild by focusing dev effort on what mattered, reducing rework and keeping scope controlled for a 4-month delivery.

Adapting challenges and gameflow

🟥 The problem
Some legacy challenges were not compatible with the platform and there wasn’t time to develop new systems from scratch.

Redesigned interactions without changing the story:
- Designed new mini games
- Inserted new checkpoints
- NPC interaction positions
- Add more gameplay in-between dialogues
🟩 Impact [Based on players feedback]

- Less reading fatigue
- Improved player immersion
